Picture One: CBS TY students enjoyed a very informative law workshop last week, where they had the opportunity to learn about the legal system, court system and even conduct a mock trial, which was definitely the highlight of the day! Many thanks to Neal from Law Ed for facilitating such an interesting day.
Picture two: CBS Mitchelstown had their first athletics training session last week, delighted to be able to offer another sporting outlet for their students. Trainings will be on every Tuesday from 4pm – 5pm for the remainder of the year.
Pictures three and four: CBS LCA1 students had their first cookery lesson with their cooperating school Presentation Secondary School Mitchelstown last week, and by the looks of it, they enjoyed every second!

CBS Mitchelstown are delighted to announce their recently appointed Student Council. The school’s Council over the last few years have been extremely active so they hope to build on this for the 2023/24 year. With four council reps representing the school at the regional meeting in the City Hall next week, it seems the future of democracy in the school is in good hands!
