Subjects studied in Second and Third Year
All students (with the exception of those formally exempted by the Department of Education and Skills from Irish) study the 7 core exam subjects for the Junior Certificate.
In addition, students study 3 of the 5 Options subjects. Each boy makes his own choice of 3 from the 5 subjects at the end of First Year.
Music may also be offered as an additional subject to those interested.
Art is offered as an additional subject after school hours.
All students also participate in non –examination subjects – SPHE, PE, Computers and Religion.
