🚜 CBS Wear Our Wellies Day 🚜 Huge thanks to everyone in the school who participated in the school’s ‘Wear Our Wellies Day’, donating vital funds to Embrace FARM, who provide support for families affected by farm accidents. The school raised a total of €285! Congratulations to the Student Council for another worthwhile fundraiser.

🌳Tree Planting🌳Congratulations and well done to the CBS 5th & 6th year LCA students who assisted the Mitchelstown Leisure Centre committee in planting 190 trees last Wednesday.This is a community environmental project in conjunction with Crann and their collaboration with Brown Thomas/ Arnotts in a tree planting initiative. MLC is a community leisure centre and is a great space for the community to meet, play sport and enjoy activities and we were delighted to see our students involved in such a wonderful community project . Thank you to the MLC committee for inviting the students on board.

The CBS Secondary
welcomed their neighbours this morning when 6th class students from CBS Primary took part in paired reading with TY students. They enjoyed a hot chocolate after doing great work. Well done to you all!
